Price-match

At Lampemesteren, we aim to secure the best price for all the products in our wide range.
To ensures a fair comparison, the price with which we match has to meet certain criteria before you get in touch:

  • The product must have the price-match guarantee symbol on our website.
  • The product must be in stock/available in the shop offering a lower price.
  • The price-match guarantee only applies to products subject to the current legislation surrounding VAT, customs, guarantee, and consumer protection.
  • You must have evidence of the lower price. This can be a link, photo of a physical advert, and so on. (We reserve the right to reject material that can be edited/adjusted, such as emails, verbal offers, and so on).
  • The prices at Lampmasters include delivery and light sources, so we always match the price of the product without delivery and light sources if these are charged separately.
  • We match the offer you have found in another shop. If this offer requires pickup of the product, we match the price including pickup, and if delivery is included in the price, we match the price including delivery.
  • The price-match guarantee applies to available products only, and waitlist offers, bundle offers, limited-time-only offers, one product per client, etc. are therefore excluded. The price-match guarantee does not apply to offers that require membership, such as purchasing associations or other kinds of payment to gain access to the offer.
  • The price-match guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts.

    If you find the same product in stock for a lower price in a Danish shop or online shop with a Danish business registration number, we will match the price.
    To purchase the product at a lower price, you need to get in touch via. the chat, by email, or by telephone before placing your order. We need documentation showing the lower price before we can apply the price-match guarantee.

    NOTE – We reserve the right to attempt to purchase the product to ensure compliance with the rules outlined above.

    If you’ve received your lamp and subsequently found it cheaper elsewhere, you can get the difference refunded. The criteria above must be met, and the request must be submitted no more than 7 days after we ship the lamp. If the criteria are met, get in touch with Customer Service, and we’ll take it from there.
