To-Tie T1 Table Lamp Anodized Black - Flos

A glass cylinder, an LED tube, wires and mechanical tension.
That's the simple way to describe the To-Tie from Guglielmo Poletti and Flos. The small, beautiful and unique lamp, named after the word "to tie," looks the way it does because it has to look that way, explains the designer behind it - adding that To-Tie could not take any other shape if the function and minimalistic look is maintained.
The lamp is created without glue and screws, and is held together by pure mechanical tension. This gives the lamp an incredibly clean and undisturbed appearance that is at once hugely sculptural and hugely obvious.
To-Tie is without a doubt an exciting addition to the interior design - and a To-Tie lamp will be able to give both living room, home office and room both edge and art.
