L'OBSTACLE DE L'APPARTEMENT Side table, black, concrete, height 60 cm - Serax

The L'OBSTACLE DE L'APPARTEMENT side table is an angularly designed piece of furniture for modern living spaces. Made from steel and concrete in an almost black colour, this side table features an additional shelf and is perfect next to the sofa. According to Patrick Paris, the L'Obstacle de l'Appartement side table is one of his most successful designs, created in pursuit of the highest degree of austerity. Minimalism in its purest form, where concrete and steel blend perfectly to create a completely flat geometric shape. A design that leaves one wondering what function the object serves. But whilst its name emphasises an apparent lack of functionality, the opposite is true: as a side table or bedside table, it fits into any interior.
