Kizu Portable Table Lamp, White – New Works

The Kizu Portable Table Lamp in White Marble by New Works is the latest addition to the exceptionally elegant Kizu range. Like its predecessors, the light has a beautiful sculptural appearance, and the two contrasting geometric shapes create dynamism, balance and sharpness in the light’s appearance and its surroundings. As with the rest of the Kizu series, designer Lars Tornøe uses robust and timeless materials – and the incredibly beautiful marble base lends the light stability and a luxurious appearance that is both eye-catching and completely understated and cool.
Kizu, as the name suggests, has become portable, meaning the lamp is designed with a rechargeable battery. New Works uses the same charging standard as most of the electronic world, which is why Kizu can be charged simply and elegantly using the cable supplied. At the top of the light is an elegant, recessed metal circle which not only emphasises the light’s beautiful design but also controls its luminous intensity. The battery in the Kizu table lamp has a runtime of 10 hours on the brightest setting.
