A811 Floor Lamp Nickel-Plate Brass was designed by Alvar Aalto in 1965, making it the last addition to his range of floor lamps. The hand-spun steel lampshade features a base of metal slats that hide the light source and ensure that the light doesn’t blind. The white lampshade reflects the light in the upper lampshade, emitting a diffuse downlight through the gaps between the slats. Perfect for an atmospheric light by the couches or your favourite armchair.
