PH 2/1 wall lamp, white/opal, glass, 16.5 cm - Louis Poulsen
The PH 2/1 is a lamp from lighting company Louis Poulsen and designer Poul Henningsen. As often with Poul Henningsen lamps, the PH 2/1 consists of the three-shade system that Poul Henningsen designed back in 1925-1926, which is reflective, sending the majority of the lamp's light downwards. The lampshades are made of mouth-blown opalised three-layer glass, which is glossy on the outside but sandblasted and matt on the inside. The result is a soft and diffused light that works well in living rooms, hallways, kitchens and offices.
