The Mara Washable Rug Deep Blue/Warm Sand is a bold reinterpretation of the classic chequered rug with modern elements and decorative fringes at each end to give it a homely and relaxed feel. The rug is hand tufted from GOTS-certified organic cotton and has a durable, washable surface. The pattern itself has a relaxed look as it is not made up of perfect squares but creates slight overlaps, emphasising the handmade look.
The Mara Washable Rug comes in two different versions, one with rust red and sand coloured checks, the other with deep blue and sand coloured checks. Each colour combination is carefully selected to make the design intentional but also to make the rug versatile and easy to integrate into the existing interior and colour concept. The rug is part of an entire collection and is therefore available in several sizes, colours and design variants.
