The 304L60 wall light embodies a lighting tradition that began as far back as 1922. It was then that Bernard-Albin Gras developed his first designs, thereby laying the foundations for an exceptional family of lights. Originally conceived for use in offices and industrial environments, the range impressed right from the start with its robust, simple and ergonomic design. The basic construction was realised without the use of screws or welded joints.

Lampe Gras lights combine functional design with an unmistakable aesthetic. Every detail – from the arms and the body right through to the fittings and individual connecting elements – follows a well-thought-out structural principle. The innovative design language was far ahead of its time. Le Corbusier, too, was an early admirer of the Lampe Gras design and incorporated the lights into his projects.

Today, Lampe Gras models are recognised worldwide as design classics and sought-after collector’s items. They are particularly highly regarded in France, the USA and Japan.
