Flowerpot VP4 designer table lamp: A classic by Verner Panton from 1969

During the flower power era of the late 1960s, Danish architect and designer Verner Panton created a series of lights called Flowerpot – a name that deliberately reflects the spirit of that turbulent era. The series symbolises a new beginning, experimentation with new forms and the courage to break with design conventions.

The VP4 table lamp impresses with its simple yet sophisticated design, which has contributed significantly to its status as a design classic. The lampshade consists of two perfectly matched hemispheres that produce a pleasant, glare-free light. Thanks to the E27 socket, the lamp can be flexibly equipped with different bulbs.
